pretty much always a medium with tac / mediplant, and whatever weapon best suits the situation. i'm pretty dang good with the assault rifle, if i do say so myself, but i can use all the medium weapons effectively.

i've been experimenting as a heavy with the ion cannon, and i'm not bad there either.

i've never tried decking seriously, just alone on an empty server to get used to cyberspace - one of these days i guess i should learn.

I almost never go with Heavy - too slow. When I do, I usually get the Ion Cannon, but again I prefer not to.

If I decide on a combat role, I usually go with Medium with Tac/Mediplant, and switch between the Assault Rifle and the M808 (I've dabbled in Tesla but I can't seem to get the hang of it).

If I want to deck, I'll go Light with Enhanced Deck/Stealth/Shotgun. Sometimes I bolt instead, because of the boltgun's initial hitting power, and I've experimented with Smartlocks, but the only main Light weapon I'm truly decent with right now is the shotgun.

As far as decking goes, I've recently started looking at the sequences. I should be able to get the hang of that fairly quickly.

I've started going Medium with GL, medi, either tac or enhanced deck, and extra energy of course.

Started a lot of medium AR and GL recently... Frag kills are easier than EMP kills.
